Surface to be coated must be cleaned with a silicone & grease remover, or Dominion Sure Seal
Sure Solv (Stock BSS or SUS aerosol). Loose paint/rust should be removed and affected areas
treated and primed. Bare metal areas should be primed.
Scuff/sand area with 80-120 grit sandpaper. Blow out sanding residue and wipe clean.
Mask all areas that you do not want coated.
Gradually pour contents of Part B Polymer Resin into the gallon can of Part A Black Base
material while mixing.
Add a maximum of 24 drops per 1 gallon of bedliner. (The Part C Accelerator dropper bottle
contains more. By using more, pot life/work time will be reduced.) See Chart for times.
Apply immediately after mixing.
Must be applied within 30 minutes of
mixing.
Apply with a natural or synthetic
brush (included in kit) in even strokes until
sufficient coverage is achieved.
Apply with roller . Apply even coats until required finish is achieved.
Pour mixed contents into Schutz can , attach pneumatic applicator gun
(Dominion Sure Seal Stock BUPA, Code 0003) or equivalent and at 40 - 60 PSI spray one even
coat until coverage is uniform. Spraying thickness is 10 to 12 mils with one coat. If any additional
material is available a light 2-3 mil dust coat can be applied to even texture. If additional thickness
(10 mil coat) is wanted allow your first coat to flash for approximately 30 minutes at 72 degrees
prior to applying 2nd coat. Cooler temperatures require a longer flash time.Warmer temperatures
require a shorter 20 minute flash time.

minimum of 72 degrees. If colder or less Part C accelerator is used the light duty and full cure

Mix vigorously by hand for 5 minutes
using a paint mixing stick.
