STANDARD DELIVERY:
All order are shipped UPS ground services unless otherwise requested while placing order.  Orders received 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, which is determined to be in-stock, will usually ship the next business day.  Most items will arrive in 2-6 business days, depending on UPS routing from Southern California.
Approximate order arrival based on standard delivery:

            1 Day-Southern CA.
            2-3 Days-AZ, Northern CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OA, OK, TX, WA, WY
            3-4 Days-AL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, KS, MI, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OH,
                   TN
            4-5 Days-CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV
            6 Days-AK, HI.

Slightly higher shipping fees will be incurred for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  You will be notified of these charges via e-mail, prior to shipping.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges will be calculated via shopping cart shipping method. Flammable, combustable, aerosols, etc., are required to be shipped UPS Ground only.  FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $250 OR MORE W/ NO HAZMAT CHARGES UP TO 50 LBS.  Orders of 50 lbs. or more, or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.  Additional charges may also be incurred for special handeling, packaging, special boxes, and Hazmat flammable shipping charges.  Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air shipping is also available via UPS.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES

Orders outside the United States are governed by a variety of shipping rules, regulations, and packaging requirements.  Special requirements and charges will be identified and you will be notified prior to shipping.

SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESS

Please let us know if you would like us to ship to an alternate address.  It may be more convenient to ship to a business or freind's home where someone will be available to receive your order.  Please advise us when placing orders.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, upon return of merchandise, E-Body Shop Supplies will exchange, issue store credit, or return your payment.  You order must be returned within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. All items to be returned must be issued a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number prior to return.  No returns will be accepted without a RGA number.  There will be no restocking fee (15%) if the item sent to you was damaged, wrong, or does not conform to manufacturer's product warranty.  Mixed paint is not returnable.

LIMITED WARRANTY

E-Body Shop Supplies honors a limited warranty against workmanship or materials inder normal use for one year after date of purchase.  Product warranty is defined by each individual manufacturer's warranty policy.  E-Body Shop Supplies does not warranty product misuse, misapplication, or improper product selection.  E-Body Shop Supplies liability is limited to, and shall not exceed th customer's purchase price paid.

SALES TAX

E-Body Shop Supplies is required to charge appropriate stae and local sales tax to all orders shipped to California addressed.  If you wish to obtain Tax Exempt Status, please e-mail, mail, or fax a California Resale Card.
